Beschrijving

As a Machine Operator, you’re the person everyone counts on. You see what your machines need before anyone else does. You keep production flowing, fix issues on the spot, and make things better every day. Your technical skills + your proactive mindset = pure gold in our operation.

Your tasks include:

• Machine operation: Setting, adjusting, and keeping everything running like clockwork;
• Fault analysis: Spotting issues fast and fixing them even faster;
• Quality assurance: Making sure every product meets top-tier standards;
• Process optimization: Helping the operation run smoother, faster, better;
• Maintenance: Doing first-line maintenance and suggesting preventive solutions;
• Logistics support: Teaming up with distribution so the whole flow keeps moving.

Wat vragen wij

You’re someone who knows their way around machines and enjoys taking responsibility.

You bring:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a production or logistics environment — enough to know how the floor works and how to keep things running.
• Technical knowledge, ideally backed by an MBO in technology or process engineering. You understand the “why” behind the machines, not just the “how.”
• Confidence in troubleshooting — you stay calm, think smart, and solve issues efficiently.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system, with potential growth toward a 5-shift system later on. You like structure but don’t mind variation.
• Flexibility, including availability for weekend work. When the operation needs you, you step up.
